Hearts of Oak star Patrick Razak believes the Phobians are capable ending their long-wait for a 20th Premier League trophy in the forthcoming season.
The Rainbow club has not won League title since the 2008/09 season.
Razak, 25 is a free agent after exiting Guinean side Horoya. The former Tamale Utrecht academy product impressed in his first spell at Hearts before moving to Guinea.
Despite losing influential forwards Kofi Kordzi and Joseph Esso Razak insists the Phobians still have enough quality to contest for the Ghana Premier League title.
“We have good and quality squad in the Hearts of Oak team. Those of us in this squad will give good performances this season. Our target for the season is to win the Ghana Premier League,” he told Ocean TV.
Hearts of Oak have the chance of winning the GPL with the quality we have we can compete against any team,” he added.
“Our chances of winning 2020/21 GPL is high and we know the strength of the teams in Ghana.
