Introduction
One of the most common questions Ghanaians ask—especially during power outages, billing disputes, or meter issues—is simple but urgent: “Is the ECG office open today?”

This guide from Accra Street Journal (ASJ) provides a clear, updated, and practical answer, helping customers know when ECG offices are open, when they are closed, and what to do if physical offices are unavailable.
