In a rare move, Inspector General of Police (IGP) Christian Tetteh Yohuno has turned to his predecessors for advice, signaling either a masterstroke in leadership or an admission of mounting pressure. With Ghana’s security landscape evolving rapidly, Yohuno’s decision to consult former IGPs could be seen as a bold step toward leveraging institutional memory—or a subtle cry for help in turbulent times.
