What makes Agenda stand out is its heartfelt interpolation of “Hini Me”, the classic by Ghanaian Highlife legend Kojo Antwi. RCee artfully reimagines Antwi’s romantic melodies and lyrical depth, weaving them into a modern Afrobeat tapestry filled with lush harmonies and rhythmic grooves. The result is a sound that feels both nostalgic and revolutionary.

“I grew up hearing Kojo Antwi’s music in the background of family moments. ‘Hini Me’ was always special — it had soul, longing, and warmth. With ‘Agenda’, I wanted to channel that same energy but tell my own story, in my own sound.”
The production, crafted by Ranking Made It, combines crisp percussion, airy synths, and sultry basslines — providing the perfect canvas for RCee’s soulful delivery. To elevate the track further, OpejaSax adds a stunning saxophone performance, giving Agenda a distinctive richness.
Lyrically, Agenda touches on themes of fun, love, and celebration, while its infectious rhythm has already inspired unique dance steps currently trending on social media. Since its release, the track has begun generating buzz across streaming platforms, with fans praising RCee’s vocal maturity, lyrical depth, and the seamless blending of Highlife influences with modern Afro-fusion.
Even Ghanaian star Amaarae has co-signed RCee, crediting him with “making Highlife sexy again.” With more music in the pipeline, Agenda marks a confident step forward for RCee as he cements his place as one of the freshest and most creative voices in the Afro-fusion movement.
