His dedication and talent led him to become the Business News Editor at Joy 99.7FM, where his morning business bulletins set the standard for authoritative news.
Currently, Israel is a News Editor and Anchor at Multimedia Broadcasting Limited, where he delivers the 8pm primetime news on JoyNews.

As a regular Business News Analyst for the BBC World Service and a CNN Stringer, Israel’s expertise is recognized internationally.
He made history in 2008 as the youngest moderator of the Ghanaian presidential election debates and was named Best African Radio Journalist at the CNN/Multichoice African Journalist Awards.
Known affectionately as “Izzy,” he was honored as one of Africa’s top 40-under-40 achievers by The Network Journal in 2010.
Israel holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Greenhill College of the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration, highlighting his relentless pursuit of excellence in journalism.
