Ghanaian striker Antoine Semenyo put on a show, scoring his fifth Premier League goal of the season in style to help AFC Bournemouth secure a win over Burnley on Sunday afternoon.
Since returning from the Black Stars’ disappointing 2023 AFCON campaign, Semenyo has been in great form, playing a key role in helping the Cherries secure their first away win in four games.
Justin Kluivert, son of legendary Dutch striker Patrick Kluivert, opened the scoring for Bournemouth after they had been under pressure in the early stages. Despite missing two great chances, the Black Stars forward made up for it with a stunning strike that found the net after a slight deflection.
