Ghanaian Athlete Mohammed Fuseini extends Royale Union Saint-Gilloise contract until 2028 

Ghanaian forward Mohammed Fuseini has penned a new deal with Belgian top-flight club Royale Union Saint-Gilloise. The Black Stars international has committed to the club until June 2028, with an option to extend for an additional year.

Fuseini made the move to the Belgian side last summer after choosing to leave Austrian club Sturm Graz permanently.

The 23-year-old enjoyed a successful loan spell at Randers during the 2023/24 season before eventually moving to Belgian.

During his time with the club, the Ghanaian scored 9 goals in the Jupiler Pro League, while also adding three assists as USG won the league title for the first time.

Across all competitions, Fuseini made 42 appearances netting 11 goals in total.

The forward is hoping to recover from a knock he suffered during pre-season with the Belgian season already underway.
