About: Operated by the Church of Pentecost, Pentecost Hospital provides affordable, quality healthcare to residents of Madina and surrounding areas.
Pentecost Hospital, Madina formerly Alpha Medical Center was established in May 1997 by the Church of Pentecost to provide health care to the people in the immediate Madina catchment area and beyond. The hospital was approved by the Government of Ghana and registered with the Christian Health Association of Ghana (CHAG) in 1999. It was also approved as a Budget Management Center (BMC) by the Ministry of Finance in 2006. Pentecost Hospital, madina has been duly accredited by the National Health Insurance Scheme Board. It is the designated La-Nkwantanang Madina Municipal Hospital receiving referrals from the clinics and health centres in the Municipality and beyond. We have a total workforce of 398.

Vision: To expand access to affordable, quality healthcare in underserved communities.
Services: General outpatient and inpatient care, maternal and child health, laboratory services, and health education.
