RNSI’s Global Director of Football Recruitment, Nathan Campbell, described Africa as a “hotbed of untapped footballing potential,” emphasizing the agency’s boutique approach to player management and commitment to nurturing talent both on and off the field
Campbell credited Grant Veitch, RNSI’s newly appointed Director of Africa Recruitment, as instrumental in executing the expansion strategy and onboarding partnerships across the continent
This latest venture builds on RNSI’s earlier engagement with African football, including a consultancy partnership established in 2021 with South Africa’s powerhouse club Mamelodi Sundowns, which laid the groundwork for deeper regional involvement.
RNSI began its global expansion by acquiring Brazil-based TFM Agency in 2023, bringing over 100 footballers—such as Vinícius Jr., Gabriel Martinelli, and Endrick—into their fold. Since opening its London office in 2019, RNSI has emerged as a leading global football agency, managing top-tier clients like Kevin De Bruyne, Federico Dimarco, and Luis Henrique
What It Means for Ghanaian Football
With Ghanaian talents like Ali Umar and Joseph Narbi now under RNSI’s management, there is renewed optimism that the country’s football future will be shaped by global-standard mentoring, exposure, and career management support. This expansion positions Ghana as a pivotal hub in RNSI’s broader African strategy
By focusing on long-term athlete development across West Africa and beyond, Roc Nation aims to transform the potential of emerging players into professional opportunities on the international stage—while maintaining rooted ties to their communities and upholding their cultural identity
